One Element and YOU

On Sunday, One Element featured in in YOU magazine, as our members burn an average of 850 calories at a session! If you train three times per week on our unlimited membership, that is over a days worth of calories burnt. What's more, training is great fun so come and join in!

One Element challenges are designed to set you an achievable but demanding goal. We'll support you all the way to give you the satisfaction and elation of achieving it.

From cycling to Paris, to joining our Touch Rugby tournament, our members pursue these new experiences together. Many of our challenges involve exploring new terrains such as cycling the beautiful South downs, or hiking in the crisp sunshine of the Alps. All end with our members celebrating each others successes and enjoying the buzz that comes with pushing yourself to your limits. Our next big challenge? Learn to Surf in Morocco.

We are currently running Touch Rugby on Sundays at 11am and Beginner's Touch Rugby on Saturdays at 9.30am, every week on Wandsworth Common. Come and join in, it's free for One Element members. You can also read about our annual tournament and sumer picnic here.

Wakeboarding & Water Skiing Saturday April 14th 1.30pm Liquid Leisure, Datchet. £30 includes afternoon of unlimited riding & tuition - no knee boarding! Extra £18 for 15 minutes behind boat (Limited spaces)








Sailing May 5th & 6th. Portsmouth Harbour. £90pp includes skipper and boat for the day. *only 6 spaces per day available.
