Welcome to One Element Horsham

We run a variety of both outdoor and indoor training sessions and indoor fitness sessions across Horsham. Come rain or shine, we train all through the year. From HIIT sessions to circuits, strength training and more. Our amazing community of members come from all walks of life. Some have been exercising for years, others are starting their journey for the first time. Our classes can be adapted for all levels, so that each member can work and progress at their own pace, without ever feeling intimidated or out of place.

Our team of highly skilled trainers support and motivate our members through each session. Our training sessions are not about who is the fastest or strongest, but are about putting in the best effort you as an individual can for that day. Our members encourage each other and have fun. Friendships are formed in the park and nurtured at our social activities, from post session coffees, to a meal or drinks down the pub, to planned hikes or a picnic in the beautiful Horsham Park.

What to expect at our outdoor training sessions

Each of our outdoor training sessions have had inputs from pro-athletes and they build on the previous week to ensure you see consistent improvements throughout your fitness journey. Our sessions are like an outdoor bootcamp – they will push the boundaries of your fitness but within a supportive and encouraging environment.

Upon your first session, you will be welcomed by our expert trainer as well as our friendly members. Each session begins with a gradual warm-up, before progressing into the main body of the session. All of our sessions are high intensity, fast paced and functional whilst each has a particular focus whether that be cardio, bodyweight circuit training or strength based weights training. This allows for huge variety across our sessions.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that out outdoor training sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels by scaling the sessions for individuals. Our members are encouraged to work at their own pace, whilst challenging themselves to push their fitness boundaries. Find out more at our FAQ page.

Meg’s journey started with rehabilitation of a knee injury which has led to a passion for fitness, strength and health at every ability. For Meg, her sessions bring together a balance of quality training to achieve your goals, support and understanding whilst being surrounded by a positive, energetic social community.

Really enjoy the one element sessions and Dan really tries to tailor it to the members. The club is inclusive and friendly too. Really enjoyed the recent Christmas meal! The sessions are very flexible so can work around other commitments, there are monthly memberships that are financially great but I book a block of sessions that works for me! It’s a really great workout and I enjoy the indoor sessions in the winter when it’s not so nice outside and I love being in the park in the summer.

Directions & transport

Our fitness classes take part in Horsham Park which is in the centre of town. There are four car parks in Horsham Park. We meet on the green space opposite the North Parade car park. (Also by the Blunts Way bus stop).

Our trainers will be wearing a clearly marked One Element t-shirt and have a One Element flag in the ground.
