Our Events are designed to help you create some goals and challenge yourself. They all require different levels of fitness, and within each one we have different groups, so you can pit yourself against people of similar fitness. We are always adding new events and challenges, so do check this page regularly. With all of our events there is an element of risk; if you are unsure about your fitness level or your health we recommend you check with your doctor beforehand.

one 12 Day Reset | 1st to 12th March 2010 | MEMBERS £20/NON MEMBERS £60

one Bridges Run | Sunday 28th March 2010 | Entry Free

As always there will be all levels of fitness, walking to fast running, it’d be great to see you involved. We will have trainers leading groups running from 5km and 10km to 20 km. You can choose your distance and run at your own pace. We will meet at 9.00am at the Thames Rowing Club in Putney before we run along the side of the river. After the run, we will return to the rowing club for breakfast where you can buy a bacon buttie or a full English breakfast with tea or coffee. We'd like to get as many people as possible involved, so do come on down for what is always a fun and exciting start to your Sunday.

Join us in Morzine for this challenging and fun week of skiing and hiking with one element. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your skiing or hiking experience – you just need to be fit. The idea is to provide an opportunity to increase our individual fitness levels by undertaking various challenges. one Touch Rugby| Sunday 25th April 2010 | Entry Free

| We are excited to announce the first biannual one MIXED TOUCH RUGBY TOURNAMENT where teams will compete for the one element Trophy. The tournament will take place on Wandsworth Common on Sunday 25th April at 10am and we will play through the day until we have a winning team. Then we’ll celebrate with a picnic and some beers. Each area and company where we train is invited to enter a team into the tournament. Your squad can consist of up to ten players with only five players (which must include at least two women and two men) allowed on the pitch at any one time. Your squad may also include a one element trainer. We’d like to get as many members involved in what promises to be an exhilarating and enjoyable day. If you would like to participate please speak to your one element trainer. And if you don’t want to play, please do come along to what promises to be a great fun day out and a chance to mix with like minded one element members |

The one LONDON TO BRIGHTON BIKE RIDE has proved to be extremely popular and great fun, so please do book your place early in order to avoid disappointment. Our route is 55 miles and takes 4-6 hours. We'll be travelling on lovely country lanes, avoiding main roads with the exception of a couple of short stints on B roads. We aim to get to Brighton by mid-afternoon and then catch the train back to London. See PDF for details and to reserve your place. |

one London to Oxford Bike Ride | Sunday 22nd August 2010 | Entry Free

The one London to Oxford Bike Ride is a new addition for 2010. We are planning to cycle along quiet roads and off road where possible all the way to Oxford. If there is sufficient interest, we will make this a weekend trip, leaving London on Saturday morning cycling one route up to Oxford and then stay overnight in Oxford before cycling back the following day via a different route. Please do book your place early in order to avoid disappointment.
