Reset is a 12 day programme of nutrition, exercise and coaching to help people make fast positive changes and to kick start long term improvements in health and fitness. 

Reset brings together coaching, nutritional and exercise concepts that are current and well documented.  Experts who have contributed to Reset include, from a coaching and psychology perspective Dr Brian Marien MB BS MRCP DRCOG MSC (Psychol) MRCGP and from a nutritional perspective Dr Allan Stewart MB BS MRCP (UK) MF (Hom).

Reset kick starts your metabolism by increasing the amount of exercise that you do and improving the food that you eat.  It's not difficult; the food is good and the amount of exercise is sustainable, and to ensure that you can always see an end in sight it lasts only 12 days.

Reset is not a 'quick fix', but we do believe that kick starting a healthy lifestyle in your usual environment, for a limited period of time, with the same support that you would receive at a retreat or a camp, is the best way to start to make truly sustainable positive changes to your lifestyle.

We will be running Reset fortnightly from Monday March 1st 2010 to 1st June 2010.  This means that you can pick a time that suits you to do your Reset and you can always be sure that there is a group of other people around you having the same experience.

The price is £20 and includes a copy of the Reset book and email support. 

If you're not a member of one element, we recommend our introductory Reset package which, in addition to the Reset book and email support, includes one month's membership of Training in the Park.  The introductory Reset package is priced at £60.
