what kind of food will I be eating?

During Reset you will be making some changes to the way you eat.  These include avoiding wheat, sugar, salt, cows' dairy and alcohol.  We provide menus for each day and the recipe for a delicious and nutritious dinner each evening.  There are meat, fish and vegetarian options and recipes range from chicken or quorn curry, to asian salmon with wasabi rice and wilted spinach, to chilli con carne.  We provide you with a shopping list at the beginning of each week so that you can be sure to have everything you need to make the meals and also so that you have plenty of healthy snacks to hand.

how much exercise will I be doing?

Each morning, you will be doing a ten minute exercise programme.  The exercises are all described in your Reset book.  You will also be doing a one hour exercise session four times each week.  These can be Training in the Park or Personal Training.  Alternatively, you can design your own exercise session using the tips in the Reset book.
