We know that being a Mum is the busiest and most tiring job ever and it is very hard to find time in the day to do most things! BUT all the more reason to join a fitness class! These sessions are a great place to meet other mums and gossip a bit while reaping the rewards that accompany regular exercise!
Our lead Mums' trainer, Marlo, is a busy Mum juggling two busy and energetic boys with a career in fitness. She works with each individual in the each session to ensure that exercises are appropriate for all abilities as well as pre and post natal ladies. Marlo is REPS 3 qualified and enjoys playing rugby and going out with her friends. Mums' Voice We also offer informative coffee talks on important subjects applicable to us mums and plan a few mum nights out together!
