Tom consults for companies including Grant Thornton and Petronas, advising and presenting on optimizing business performance through health and fitness. Tom has also written RESET, a 12 day programme of nutrition, exercise and coaching to help kick start long term positive change.
Tom enjoys sport especially Ski Touring, Rugby, Tennis and Cricket.

Tom specializes in Rugby training techniques. He has played Rugby at first class level with England honours at boy and colt level and enjoyed three years professionally at Gloucester. More recently, Tom toured the world sevens tournaments and has both academic and practice of training as and with athletes.
Tom has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Brunel University. When he isn't training or playing Rugby, he spends much of his time in the French Alps enjoying both winter and summer sports.
Personable and enthusiastic, Tom has a sound understanding of motivation and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals.

Paul has developed a knowledge and understanding of sports training at every level and continues to build on his experiences. With a wealth of qualifications, he is our 'best read' trainer and has a thorough understanding of physiology, nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
An expert at designing specially tailored exercise programmes, he is determined that his clients will not only achieve their goals, but ensures they have some fun along the way.
Amongst his areas of expertise are fat loss programmes, muscle building, cardio vascular and flexibility improvements and he has an excellent working knowledge of all gym equipment.

Nicola graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in sports science and chemistry before gaining a qualification in vascular ultrasound and then REP level 3 personal training qualifications.
Involved in sport all her life including cross-country running, basketball, hockey and tennis, Nicola is currently club captain at Spencer Tennis Club where she helps the team, as an outstanding player and coach.
Nicola enjoys motivating clients with her positive attitude. She consistently helps her clients achieve at all levels, whether they are new to fitness, want to increase their strength, speed, stamina and agility, or train for a specific sport.

Matt has been in the fitness industry for 7 years during which time he has worked as an instructor and a trainer. He has worked with a diverse client base from amateur athletes to sedentary office workers.
It was his interest in the rehabilitation of injury and mechanics of musculoskeletal disorders that prompted a return to university to study physiotherapy. He graduated from St George’s Hospital Medical School in July 2008.
Matt studied with the American College of Sports Medicine and the CHEK Institute. He is a qualified sports massage therapist with a special interest in sports and soft tissue injuries.

Tom graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sports Technology where he specialised in a two year study on the effects of variable inspiratory muscle training in Olympic athletes. With a love of all contact sports, he has represented both Sussex and Leicestershire at County Rugby.
The super-sub for all Training in the Park locations, Tom inspires clients with his drive and enthusiasm. With a fantastic sense of humour and a relaxed informal style, Tom ensures that while his sessions are tough, they are always great fun, and encourages groups to work together as a team.

Dylan has a BSc (Hons) from Loughborough University, an MSc from Oxford University and a Premier International Diploma Personal Training and Sports and Swedish massage. He has additional qualifications in Nutrition, Circuits, Sports specific conditioning, Advanced assessments, Special populations, Rugby coaching and First Aid.

Sally is REPS level 3 qualified and has 4 years experience, the last year of which has been with one element where she is one of our head trainers and leading post-natal expert.
She competed in a variety of sports - from netball and tennis to gymnastics and sports acrobatics - but it wasn’t until she ran the London marathon in 2005 that she decided to make her passion into a career.
Sally heads up the Wimbledon Park training session where her friendly approachable manner, positive attitude and attention for good exercise programming has made it a great success.

Andy is a corrective exercise based trainer and has been involved in the fitness industry for seven years.
He thrives on working with clients who want to improve overall body well-being, whether it’s core conditioning/posture, sport specific or general fitness. His clients include a range of ages and abilities which has contributed to his experience.
Having represented both Great Britain and South Africa in Triathlon at the World Championships, he also does Triathlon coaching for beginners and intermediate levels.

Baz is an exercise academic and elite athlete. Baz was known for her infectious energy and determination in the GB womens' rowing team, winning medals at numerous World Cups and the 2007 World Championships. Her academic background helped enormously with rowing due to her passion for the psychology of motivation, especially what drives and impedes individual and team achievements.
Baz' academic and practical experience, will help all people to achieve improved health, fitness and performance.

Laurie has been involved in competitive Rugby for 20 years as a player, team captain and coach. Before injury curtailed his playing career, he captained his team to two individual successes in the Surrey League.
Laurie uses his wealth of experience on and off the Rugby pitch to particular advantage with the Rugby based exercises at the Training in the Park sessions he leads at Kew Green. As a qualified gym instructor and Advanced Personal Trainer, Laurie is particularly interested in new training methods and helping clients with nutrition and weight management.
He decribes himself as an avid Rugby nut and supports Harlequins as well as being a life long supporter of Liverpool FC.
