Join us in your local Park for our hour long training sessions. Each session, over a 12 week cycle, is designed to meet a specific training need so that you become stronger, leaner and more energised.

Our members range in age from 16 to their 60s+, and encompass all backgrounds and ability levels. They include triathletes, rugby players and marathon runners, to people running their first 5 or 10k, or just wanting to make exercise an enjoyable part of their life. Our relaxed, down-to-earth trainers are professional sportspeople, who will get to know you and your goals, and inspire you to reach for them. They ensure that each session will challenge the fittest, but be achievable for all.

The hour long sessions use simple kit and make use of the natural terrain to provide hills and mark distances, as well as each other to provide resistance for core and strength work. Whatever your current skill level, you’ll become part of a group of members who encourage each other at training, during our other challenges and celebrate successes together too.
