One-to-One training is ideal when focusing on a specific aim. Whether that be to build confidence in your fitness before attending group sessions, to get in shape for a wedding or after having a baby, or for a competitive event such as a marathon.

You’ll start with an initial consultation with one of our professional personal trainers. Using a technique called Motivational Interviewing, they will identify your goals and explore how you will overcome barriers to reaching them.

We have both male and female trainers, each with a huge amount of skill and their own areas of specialism, which we’ll match to your aims. All are knowledgeable about nutrition and will encourage you to make simple changes that will also help you towards reaching your goal. Whatever you’re training for, our friendly trainers will be there with their positivity and drive, every step of the way.

Personal training costs £50 per session in blocks of ten sessions for 1 or 2 people. Please do contact us to find out more or to book your initial session.
