One Element and YOU
On Sunday, One Element featured in in YOU magazine, as our members burn an average of 850 calories at a session! If you train three times per week on our unlimited membership, that is over a days worth of calories burnt. What's more, training is great fun so come and join in!

At One Element, even the toughest of sessions and challenges involve a sociable aspect too. We also run a number of exciting events for members to enjoy together.
For our Training in the Park members, there is a playful bimonthly Saturday night social and in between these, drinks organised by trainers for their local area. Or, for a more thought provoking evening, One Voice, our series of free evening talks about the theory behind training, nutrition and the other aspects of what we do.

On our Challenge events there is always time for a hearty breakfast, lunch or pint together afterwards to celebrate each other’s achievements. |
