Reset Together
Every couple of months, One Element members and trainers Reset together. Knowing that you are doing it alongside other members gives even more motivation, particularly if you come along to Training in the Park and train together. Reset™ is our 12 day, “back-to-basics” programme incorporating both exercise and nutrition. It’s the perfect way to kick-start a lifestyle change to become fitter and lose weight, or to revive your training if you’ve hit a plateau.
Reset™ focuses on eating fresh, vibrant, non-processed foods so you feel leaner and more energised. Your free e-book has 12 simple evening meals, as well as extra veggie options, quick breakfasts, portable lunches and a weekly shopping list of everything you’ll need. You’ll do ten minutes of simple exercises each day and four hours of training per week. Training in the Park sessions are ideal, so if you are new to One Element and doing Reset™ for the first time, come and enjoy a free trial session .
