You won’t hear us saying Circuit Training is easy. It’s seriously hard work. But for anyone wanting to achieve higher levels of fitness, strength and endurance than you’ve probably ever had before – this is the session to join. Circuit training is one of the most effective exercise programmes available and because it’s tailored to suit the individual, it’s suitable for men and women of all shapes and ages. Our sessions involve a number of different exercises that are repeated at a frequency dependent on your particular fitness level. The combinations will vary but you can expect boxing, short jogs and various endurance and strength training work-outs. You set your own pace and interact with the trainers who run the sessions to establish a level that’s right for you. Our One Element 'Training in the Park' sessions are located in Battersea Park, Wandsworth Common, Wimbledon Park and Putney (Wandsworth Park) – and they’re not weather dependent.
