Tom is a highly qualified exercise and rehabilitation professional with over seven years coaching experience. He has a particular interest in motivational techniques and progressive training, encouraging clients to reach their goals by slowly building up the impact of their exercise programmes. A good communicator with an engaging and personal style, Tom has worked with rugby players, footballers and golfers, as well as helping clients recover from operations and cancer treatment courses. Tom also runs circuit training on Wandsworth Common, using his infectious enthusiasm and motivation to get you through.

With over six years experience in massage, Mels has treated a wide range of clients from dancers and sportsmen, to office workers and opera singers. Her expert knowledge of the human body enables her to pinpoint accurately muscular imbalances or soft tissue injuries. This, combined with deep sports massage techniques, leaves her well placed to help clients recover from a variety of acute and overuse injuries. She encourages her clients to change habits that are contributing to their pain, as well as demonstrating exercises and stretches to help her clients maintain the progress made during her treatments.

Before Alessia’s move into the fitness industry eight years ago, she spent ten years as a gymnast. This experience gave her a thorough understanding of the human body’s capabilities. She can help you get results, be it weight loss, fitness or rehabilitation post injury. We always receive great feedback on her ability to motivate her clients to achieve their goals and she takes great satisfaction in seeing their physical and emotional transformation. Alessia also heads up our circuit training sessions on Clapham Common, leading a fun and effective workout.

Clare is passionate about positive life change, and works hard with her clients to help them improve attitudes to exercise, nutrition and overall wellbeing. Clare uses sports massage as a supplement to training regimes, as an aid to injury rehabilitation and to tackle long-term postural or misuse conditions. She sees massage as an important component of healthy living for the recreational and serious sporting individual. Clare has a friendly, fun and motivating approach. Always keeping the long-term perspective in mind, her sessions are as much about lifestyle change as short-term treatment.
