The one element vision is to help clients achieve exceptional results through our unique, multi faceted approach to health and fitness. We offer Personal Training, Training in the Park, Sports Massage, Physiotherapy and Events.
We’re serious about ensuring that every work out is highly effective, so each member of the one element team is carefully selected for their experience and motivational skills. They include some of the best personal trainers, coaches and therapists in the country. Training in the Park is a highly effective fitness tool and a great introduction to one element, as your first session is free. These non-competitive group training sessions take place in outdoor locations across SW London. Every ten weeks we move through power, cardio, and lactic phases to give you a huge improvement in fitness in a relatively short period. If you want to know more about one element, please contact us.
