Training in the park started as a way to keep our personal training clients and sports massage clients fit, at a low cost and via a fun, effective training session. It was loosely based on pre-season rugby fitness and each session we tried to run slightly differently. We created a periodized training programme and a blue print for people looking to make positive and rapid changes to their fitness.
To drive fitness we created achievable goals - we organise challenges from bike rides to runs to ski trips. We even put together a 7’s rugby team twice a year to enter into a couple of friendly tournaments where everyone is welcome.
We continue to offer sports massage, personal training and we now have a physio working with us, however our focus is to get you fit and strong, fast, with the tools we have learnt from sport and training.
