Christmas parties are quickly filling up the diaries, and ours is now set for the 14th December.

RESET™ + Higher Fitness 6th-17th January
Reset™ focuses on getting "back-to-basics": eating fresh, vibrant, non-processed foods, so you feel more energised.
This month we have introduced the all new Higher Fitness bolt-ons, these excecise programs are designed to help you reach your maximum potential and supplement the 12 day Reset™ nutritional guide.
There are 2 levels of Higher Fitness on offer, Level 1 which includes a weekly total of 15km running and 10minute daily circuits, and Level 2 which includes 25km total weekely running and a more challenging circuit session.
This is for those of you that really want to raise your game, it doesn't matter whether you go for the standard Reset or have a go at one of our Higher Fitness programmes also, we would love for you to join us!

Beginners Fitness on Wandsworth Common
Get back into training this spring with a "more gentle" session on Wandsworth Common.
Launching this week, will now be running two sessions on Wandsworth Common, 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Alex Bignell will run the normal session with Tom running a slightly more gentle session, based on circuits and weights.
If you are new to one element or have not trained for a while, this is the perfect chance to get back into fitness this summer.

Good news is our training is still on- rain, snow or shine!

Attending your first session with us? Check out our training locations through this link and arrive bang on time!
For your information, all our memberships (incl Promotional) are available for use at any of our 12 parks throughout London- feel free to check out training near you on our locations page.
There is no need to book any further sessions once you have completed your first trial session, simply give your name and our trainers will log your attendance onine- paperless!
Finally, all membership options come no strings attached, with no contract or joining fee so our training is about you, and works for you!
Ammended Terms and Conditions
We have recently amended our T & C's of membership, with the main alteration being the removal of the minimum membership period.
We can happily announce we have no joining fee, and no contract under our Direct Debit membership and will always keep prices as low as possible for members.
After all- we are your outdoor fitness company!

Want to become a Training in the Park member? You can register and then set up your direct debit payment here. Just choose 'Full Membership' from the first drop down. When you set up your payment, you'll get a choice of unlimited (£45) or once weekly (£35) sessions.
Or, by choosing 'Trial' from the dropdown, you can book to come along and try a session for free first.
