Reset is back!
Generally, we all know how to be healthy – drink more water, increase exercise, improve diet, reduce alcohol consumption, increase good quality sleep etc. It is actually making these changes that is the more difficult business.
To help make these changes more manageable we developed our 12-day Reset healthy eating and exercise programme over 10 years ago. It is achievable and extremely effective in the short term and proves enormously effective in the long term as we pull the positives, and do not focus on relapse.
