At One Element,  we have been developing our HiiT or circuit training format programmes since 2007. Each week we systematically rotate the sessions we know work. So we can build on the previous week’s session. Helping to ensure that your fitness levels continue to improve and you see results.

OE clapham have a great set of trainers who are encouraging, supportive and professional. Its a bunch of really friendly people who work hard and cheer each other on so its a great environment for all fitness levels.

As well as 4 outdoor classes each week there are heaps of online classes and lots of social events also!
