We have been developing our HiiT or circuit training format programmes since 2007 and systematically rotate the sessions we know work. Each week will build on the previous week’s session to ensure that your fitness levels continue to improve and you see results.

Fantastic group of local people all encouraging you to reach your own goals, whatever your level of fitness. Great trainers, and training outside feels healthier, hardier and something else positive beginning with h that would make a nice alliteration - but can’t think of appropriate word right now... had I trained this eve I would have greater clarity of thought (another benefit, albeit short term, clearly!) Anyway, just try it out - if you come back after your first session you’ll be hooked for years - promise!read more
