We have been developing our HiiT or circuit training format programmes since 2007 and systematically rotate the sessions we know work. Each week will build on the previous week’s session to ensure that your fitness levels continue to improve and you see results.

Started One Element this year and loving it! Fantastic group of local people all encouraging you to reach your own goals, whatever your level of fitness. Great trainers, and training outside feels healthier, hardier and something else positive beginning with h that would make a nice alliteration - but can’t think of appropriate word right now... had I trained this eve I would have greater clarity of thought (another benefit, albeit short term, clearly!) Anyway, just try it out - if you come back after your first session you’ll be hooked for years - promise!read more

I was never motivated in the gym so decided to try One Element. That was nearly 8 years ago and I still love it. It won't take long to see a huge difference in your fitness levels as the tailored HIIT sessions get results. All trainers encourage you to push yourself harder in a positive way so you don't feel intimidated. I've made great friends along the way and recommend anyone to give it a go. A brilliant way to keep fit. You can be pushed to your limits or take it as easy as you wish. Three things are guaranteed - you will get fitter, you will have fun and you will be meet some great people. Outside of training there are regular fantastic sport and social events organised. I would recommend to anybody of any age and any fitness level. Give it a go!read more
